There are many upgrades, feature enhancements and bug fixes with this latest release

  • create new email opt out logic
    1. create separate email opt out table
    2. anything being selected for email queue is first filtered by the opt out table and emails removed

      4. automated email imports from sales portal
    3. when someone unsubscribes, their email is added to the email opt out table.
    4. emails are passed back to sales portal and prospect is updated with opt out date
  • automated email - additional logic.

      1. each email on the list can be sent a different email draft
      2. the same email can be on the list more than once to get different email drafts.

    1. Previous and next logic. - on product screen. plus buttons
    2. if there is an item with exact match to search, if stand alone item, then it will be the first in the collection
    3. if in a product group, then that product group will be first in the collection
    4. if there is only 1 item/result in a search, will automatically display the product detail page
    5. item # and item description are now in the product detail page header, should be visible in your google analytics.
  • fixed losing graphics in OP admin side login.jsp by changing the link.

  • Other additions:
    1. ability to create and store ship to address
    2. order form - override description for catalog
    3. Wholesale/retail customer logic in pricing and coupons and payment logic

  • Options/configuration - option logic had been broken and is now fixed. Full option functions restored including pricing, item number and individual pictures by option. Can be used for complex configurations or simple options such as offering a picture with or without a frame or printed copy versus just downloading the jpg.
  • change to admin css - for formating on help text display
  • Replacement/Repair and Related Items: Added to product and Product Group maintenance the ability to add unlimited, replacement, repair and related items. These will display under the item information. The customer can click on any item and order.
  • Item documents - can now add searchable text. So when a customer does a search item document search text is now included in the searching.
  • fix to email opt out logic. If user re- opts in, they are removed from the opt out table.
  • Captcha - added captcha logic at account creation, company question/request form and login. You can control whether the captcha is used in the admin configuration menu.
  • synch product group and the linked products - added as menu option in admin
  • Export - all fields added to export, special fields linked to company and added to company maintenance for use in order export.
  • Export flag - display and selection in Transaction review fixed.
  • Price Levels - Change Wholesale Price levels and pricing logic to allow a price level of 0 percent of list or zero amount.
  • Price Additional enhancements:
    1. Unlimited Related items, repair items and parts, replacement items
    2. Unlimited additional pictures
    3. Unlimited videos
    4. Internal search across Additional Pictures, videos and item documents.
    5. calculation of commission including pyramid structure or cascading structure up to 10 levels - not done yet
