Once we have set up our User Types and Landing Pages to capture information including Emails. We will just do a brief review of the Order Portal User Record fields which we have available to us. Initially, we will only do segmentation and selection by user types but with Custom Queries data could be pulled on any populated field.
First (assuming we are logged in with Administrative Authority) after selecting Administrative Portal, we would select the Order Portal Admin menu option which will gives access to Order Portal User Type records.
