0030 Admin Menu
The Administrative Portal starts the journey for the Round Trip Email Function.
There are two Menu Options. We will be using both to properly setup the Round Trip.
Order Portal Admin is the first Option. This menu controls all of the key data elements, transactions, and email functions for the Order Portal and the Web Business Suite.
Order Portal Config is the second Option. This menu controls the development and maintenance of the Web Sites. And, of key interest, is the ability to have multiple landing pages for key web site users: anonymous, customers on account, customer service reps, salesman, and affiliates. Obviously, the types or channel names can be changed. Plus multiple webProfiles allows for multiple sites managed through one Order Portal admin.
We will start with Order Portal Config Option to think through and develop our landing pages for our target segments and channels.
